1. Male or Female
2. A minimum 2 years experience in 4 star hotel
3. Strong Leadership & Organization/tactical skill with budget result oriented
4. Good English both spoken and writen
5. Decision maker and problem solver, hardworking and able to work under pressure
6. Positive attitude, independent, energetic with excellent guest relation skill
7. Able to train, coach and evaluate sebordinates.
